Hood & Skirt · Recuperator

This product is produced by the new flow system developed based on the skilled know-how for years. It is designed and produced by considering corrosion resistance(high / low temperature corrosion, oxidation corrosion), mechanical strength, thermal expansion absorption, heat source and preheat matter flow, etc and so its durability can be guaranteed. in addition, this product uses the bent type tube that has excellent performance in heat transfer and heat resistance fatigue instead of existing straight type tubes. So its heat efficiency and durability have been greatly improved. It also prevents excessively high heat exhaust gas from exhausting in the air and so contributes to preserve environment.
 
a. Channel Type Recuperator

Composed by tube layers in the waste gas duct of furnace, this is to preheat combustion air supplied to the furnace by the heat exchanger between air and waste gas that have a different flow inside and outside the tube. This is unsuitable for the waste gas that contains much particulate dust on the tube surface, but it is suitable for various heat treatment furnaces such as steel preheater, nonferrous metal furnace, and forge. The recommended temperature in the exhaust gas inlet is 1,000°C or less.

b. Flue Tube Type Recuperator

One of convection type heat exchangers, this has an outer shell that can be easily assembled in a small space without separate bracket. This is suitable for industrial furnaces that contact to lots of particulate; hot blast cupola, incinerator etc.

c. Radiation Type Recuperator

Composed of two shells, this is a device to collect waste heat by using radiant heat between waste gas in the inner shell and air in the intermediate layer of two shells. This is seldom corroded because the radiant surface contacting to waste gas is very small. This is suitable to treat high-temperature waste gas including much dust, including glass melting furnace, aluminum melting furnace, and hot blast cupola that the amount of heat transfer is rapidly changed.
