Design Technology

BHI produces excellent products with differentiated
performance through optimal design.

Design Ability

BHI designs superior products with differential performances based on essential design with high energy efficiency; strong design with corrosion resistance and durability against high temperature and high pressure; and optimum design to improve maintenance, serviceability, and stability. Skilled designers reflect customer and field requirements directly based on the computerized design system, exercising their design abilities so that customers can be fully satisfied with our products.
BHI continuously and quickly applies new design technologies introduced by R&D for new product design. We perform feedback for design variables based on characteristics of the field where products are installed, and operational data.

Basic Design

Thermal Design

BHI, as one of the members of HTRI (Heat Transfer Research Inc.), implements HTRI common programs along with its own developed in-house software. Computerized production conditions, and an analysis of the quality and sensibility of materials guarantee the optimum thermal design for clients.

Mechanical Design

BHI’s products are manufactured after a thorough analysis considering corrosion arising from fluid and local stress, thus guaranteeing reliability and efficiency. Mechanical design is gained by implementing COMPRESS to API, HEI, ASME, TEMA, JIS, BS, DIN, etc.
