BHI operates various safety management programs, along with a policy that firstly considers health and safety of the staff, for an accident-free workplace.
Daily safety educations and advance danger prediction trainings are carried out every day for field safety personnel, field managers, and field superintendents and safety supervisors are placed for each department.
Also a safety check is done twice a month by an external consultant, in order to improve our safety level.

BHI performs regular general/synthetic health examination for all personnel every year to improve their health, and measures work environment in cooperation with the field two times every year to create healthy work environment.
In addition, BHI investigates and improves harmful factors in workplaces as well as operates preventive management program against occupational diseases by regular checkups
