Muffle

BAL line is to produce high-quality stainless cold-rolled goods. To get the beautiful strip surface, minimum interference in strip when annealing and constant furnace pressure are required. Muffle is installed between strip and furnace body in equipments that use the indirect heating type like the BAL line. It intercepts combustion gas and controlled atmosphere for combustion gas to heat strip indirectly and so the gloss of steel goods can be completely kept when cold rolling.

Current status

BHI’s highly efficient and qualified muffle is safe from deterioration, deformation and explosion that may occur due to high temperature(Max. 1180°C) and long-term use. Therefore it contributes to stability of customer equipment.
