Fair Trade Compliance Program

In order to become a transparent and reliable company, there is a standard for the right behavior that should be obey.

 

Overview

The Fair Trade Compliance Program(CP) refers to a company’s internal compliance system that is established and operated autonomously by the company to abide by the laws related to fair trade. BHI is building its CP with a support of Posco to prevent any violation of laws related to fair trade and ensure the transparency of the company by setting clear behavioral standards regarding fair trade for employees.

The Compliance Program is a voluntary action program of a company that can be operated differently depending on the characteristics of each industry and company. However, in order for the Compliance Program to work effectively, it is necessary to meet the following 8 core elements:
