Action Guidelines

BHI respects the free market economy order for free and fair competition, pursues common interests of all interested parties based on mutual confidence and cooperation, and so BHI intends to be a company acknowledged by all of society, employees, and neighbors.
 
01. BHI and its staff comply faithfully with basic principles.

All dealings should be made in accordance with the fair competition principle under the condition that all customers are taken an equal participa tion opportunity. The following actions are strictly prohibited to pursue mutual development in a long-term viewpoint by building the mutual co- nfidence and cooperation relation between our staff and customers through clear and fair dealings.

 
  1. To demand or receive money and goods from customers;
  2. To be treated to food and drink from customers;
  3. To put food expenses to customers;
  4. To support our man power and equipment for customers;
  5. To lend and borrow money with;
  6. To invest to customers;
  7. To purchase high-priced equipments, etc (including subcontract works).
 

 
02. Expense Treatment
  1. No conversion of expenses into other use;
  2. No additional expense for congratulations and condolences except as specified in company welfare regulations;
  3. No payment of farewell money for seniors who trans
 

 
03. Prohibition of Side Job, and Certain Discrimination of Public-Private Businesses
  1. Nobody can have two jobs at the same time or take a side job after work.
  2. Nobody can privately buy and sell real estate with customers.
  3. Prohibition of unfair and forced dealings with customers related to close relatives.
  4. No private use of corporate assets.
 

 
04. In-house Pecking Order
  1. No forced recommendation of seniors for customers;
  2. No backing delinquency of a senior’s duty or his unjust order;
  3. No demand of money, goods, and entertainment to his subordinates;
  4. No lending and borrowing money among employees;
  5. Strict discrimination between gifts and bribes;
  6. Prohibition of any unofficial meeting based on school and regional relations beyond promotion of mutual fellowship.
 

 
05. Security
  1. No private use of any information acquired in connection with his duties;
  2. No exchange of any information with rival companies.
